FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Growing paulownia:
your questions, our answers.

Find practical information for starting and using your support service.

Start your support

Can I consult you if my seedlings come from elsewhere?

Yes. We assess your plantation, available seedling information and your goal before proposing suitable support.

Should I contact you before planting?

Yes. It is useful to review land, water and available resources before buying. You can also contact us about an existing plantation.

What information should I prepare?

Location, area, variety if known, planting date, a few photos and your main questions. Add available tests. An incomplete file does not prevent an initial conversation.

Using your account

How do I access my account?

Once the team creates your access, follow the invitation link to activate your account. Then use “My account”. If the link does not work, contact us to check your access.

How do I send photos?

Add photos and describe your observations or completed work in a task report. You can attach up to 10 JPEG, PNG or WebP images, each up to 10 MB.

What happens after I submit a report?

The report is queued for review. The agronomist can accept the result or return the task with further instructions. Check your notifications and task list.

How do I ask the agronomist a question?

Open “My agronomist” in your account and write your message. Specify the plot, date and observations. Use the task report for photos relating to work.

When will I receive a reply?

We respond 3 times a month with the €95/month plan. The €150/month plan includes a weekly review. Messaging does not provide an instant response.

Services and terms

How much does support cost?

Assessment: €150 once. Online support: €95/month, 3 responses per month. Weekly support: €150/month. See services and pricing for the details.

Are visits and tests included?

Do not assume they are included. Visit availability, costs and external tests must be specified in the proposal.

Who carries out work on the plantation?

Support provides instructions and report reviews. The owner remains responsible for organising physical work unless a separate service is agreed with the team.

Results and timber

Does support guarantee results?

It helps organise work and adjust decisions. It does not guarantee yield: results also depend on the land, climate, planting material and work carried out.

Can you help me sell the timber?

We can review preparation and lot information. You can offer timber on paulownia.market if its variety and quality meet the target market’s requirements.

Does listing timber mean a guaranteed buyback?

No. Publishing an offer guarantees neither a buyer nor a price. Any buyback commitment must be covered by a separate agreement.
