Your support enquiry

The form asks for your name, email, region, area and situation. Phone, variety and comments are optional. It currently prepares a draft in your email app: fields are not automatically sent to our server. You send the message to support yourself.

We use the received message to assess your project and reply, as pre-contractual steps you requested. A quotation request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Workspace, demo and local storage

The workspace uses Supabase for accounts, tasks, messages and photos. The public site remembers your language in the browser. The demo keeps text and photos within the page without sending them; reloading clears them. No advertising tools have been added to these public pages.

Recipients and retention

Your information is used to process the enquiry and provide support through authorised personnel. Hosting, database and email providers participate according to the service used. Enquiries are retained while being processed and during necessary exchanges; contractual records remain subject to statutory retention requirements. Contact us for the period applicable to your file or to request deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and exercise objection and portability rights where applicable. Contact support@paulownia.energy. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
