From your first question to work on the plantation, this is how we move forward together.
Whether you are planning a plantation or already have one, we start with your situation: location, area, variety, tree age and production goals. Seedlings may come from our nursery or another supplier.
Prepare: location, a few photos and your main questions.
We review available soil, water, land and tree condition information. If it is insufficient, we identify the additional observations, measurements or tests needed.
You receive: points to check and initial priorities.
Together we define goals, services, duration and financial terms. The need for a site visit or external tests is discussed separately for your project.
You know: what is included and how we will work together.
Once your access is activated, your account brings together the work to do: instructions, deadlines and priorities. Recommendations reflect the information about your plantation and its stage of development.
You know: what to do and what information to send.
Describe the completed work and attach photos to the task report. If a difficulty arises, message your agronomist without waiting for the next stage.
Your role: carry out fieldwork and share precise observations.
The agronomist reviews your report. They can accept the work, ask questions or return it with further instructions. You receive a notification and can find the conversation in your account.
Support continues: tasks, observations and adjustments throughout cultivation.
As harvesting approaches, we review timber characteristics and preparation steps. You can offer timber on paulownia.market if its variety and quality meet market requirements. Sales and prices are not guaranteed.
The aim: prepare a timber offer with documented characteristics.
You notice uneven growth in part of the plot and message the agronomist. They may assign a task requesting photos and targeted observations. You send a report; they reply or request further information before defining next steps.
